Finesse Beauty Policies
BOOKING ONLINE
Online bookings are required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit. This may transfer to a credit on your account if your appointment is cancelled within the cancellation period or it will be used as your cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking will incur a 50% fee - if you have booked online this will be taken from your non refundable deposit. This fee will need to be paid before you can make any future bookings at Finesse Beauty.
NO SHOWS
If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your allocated appointment time, you will be sent a text from me to check in about your appointment. After 10 minutes, if you have not arrived or I haven't heard back from you, your appointment will be classified as a 'no show'.
No shows will be required to pay 80% of the booking cost. This payment is required before any future bookings can be made.
Multiple offenders may be retired of their booking privileges at Finesse Beauty.
SICKNESS
If you are unwell upon your arrival, your appointment may be cancelled for that day and rescheduled. Please note the cancellation policy does still apply if you need to reschedule due to sickness.
LASHES
Please arrive to your appointment with NO eye make up on. Also avoid caffeine the day of your booking.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made on the day unless arranged prior with Shannon. This can be made by cash, internet banking or through Timelypay.
FINESSE BEAUTY GUARANTEE
Finesse Beauty offers a one week post appointment fix up. This is in relation to all services. For example, if your manicure chips or your lash retention is poor - we will fix these free of charge.
Please note this does NOT include:
• Intentionally removed nails
• Self damaged nails
• Pulled out lashes
• You no longer liking your selected service.
